We have recently launched our Branchless Banking Initiative in some remote hilly area in Nepal using Magnetic Card and online biometric authentication thru POS. We have piloted the syatem in few locations and are planning to scale it up. We have also designed our own product offerings using the system. Being in initial stage, we are looking for handholding in creating new products, guidance & support in documentations, operational guidelines and system and technology audit. We have been using locally developed application (switching, agent & transaction management, POS etc). The initiative has been supported partially by UNDP & UNCDF under Enhancing Access to Financial Services program. Please feel freee to contact us for any additional details.
