		<description>Dea Sarah Rotman,

The observations are true in the case of faliure to pump up BC BF MODEL in our inclusive banking model in India too. The risks and hassles are too many vis a vis the rewards. It is compounded as the CSC - the Common Services Centres under the National E governance programme has come out with almost 40000 plus such centres,( out of projected 100000) with varying degree of services integarted so far . But strangely they have not been included in getting enabled to allow financial services due to various policy gliteches and regulatory issues.

As the enterpreneur is finding it hard even after 6 months of moratorium, to service their EMIs to the banks offering them the loan under a structured arrangement due to non integration or delayed integartion of other services they are suffering heavily and forming pressure groups.

That brings to the fore the question of long term sustainability comparison with M pesa or Smart or G Cash in Phillipines,or Wing in Cambodia. Are they realy being sustainable or is it a sustainability curve that has a different break even point in different countries dependent on the relative level of financial deepening in the country. Is their any such benchmark developed or is it too early to talk about any benchmark as yet.

Some clarification will be welcome.

Best Regards
Santanu</description>
