Do agents receive a line of credit from the banking institution they work for or do they use their own working capital in a pivot account in the bank they serve that enables him to carry out financial transactions.

		<description>For your information, the first agent in Autazes in 2002 was a post office (April 2002). In 2008, we evaluated the impacts of this policy on local economic development. Econometric research results are in line with Claudia&#039;s findings above, particularly for communities with already some degree of financial literacy. In terms of creation of new businesses and employment, effects were stronger when 1 to 5 bank branches were already located in the community before setting up the agent. In communities without bank branches, formalization of the economy - moving out the informal sector - was a significant outcome of this policy.
